Working Principle
The electro-hydraulic push rod uses an electric motor as the power source, and the electric motor rotates in the forward (reverse) direction, allowing the hydraulic oil to pass through the two-way gear pump The output pressure oil is sent to the working cylinder through the oil circuit manifold to realize the reciprocating motion of the piston rod.

When the electro-hydraulic push rod with automatic overload protection function is working, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston has reached the end point, the motor is still rotating. At this time, the oil pressure in the oil circuit will increase to the set value. Pressure, the relief valve overflows quickly and accurately to achieve automatic overload protection. Although the motor is rotating, it will not burn out.
Self-locking function
A pressure self-locking mechanism is designed in the oil circuit integrated block of the electro-hydraulic push rod. When the motor stops rotating, the piston rod immediately stays in a certain position, and the pressure oil is in a pressure-maintaining state.
The speed can be adjusted steplessly within the rated speed range according to user requirements.
