Electro-hydraulic variable groove angle The unloader is installed on the middle frame of the belt conveyor and can unload the materials conveyed by the belt evenly and continuously into the hopper or the belt conveyor auxiliary machine where required. This unloader adds a variable groove angle stick on the basis of the old unloader. The plow is made of wear-resistant polymer polyurethane material with a small friction coefficient, and an electro-hydraulic push rod is used as the power source. It overcomes the defects of the old unloader, such as insufficient plowing, scratched belts, poor overload capacity of the electric push rod, frequent motor burnout, bent screws, and easy mechanical damage. It is currently the most advanced unloader in China.
Main features
In the unloading state, the coulter falls, the middle flat roller group rises, and the grooved rollers at both ends change into flat rollers.
In the non-discharging state, the coulter is lifted, the middle flat roller group falls, the rollers at both ends change into grooves, and the material passes normally.
This product has advanced design, compact structure and easy operation. It can realize the lifting and lowering of the plowshare through the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and the action is sensitive.
Using electro-hydraulic push rods as the power source to overcome the shortcomings of electric push rods such as easy motor burnout and jamming, making the unloader more complete and reliable.
