Structural performance and working principle
The sensor of this product is Pressure roller type, the sensor layout is shown in the figure, and the appearance is shown in the figure. The pressure-bearing roller of the sensor is installed on the lower surface of the conveyor belt carrying belt. When there is a load on the conveyor belt, the sagging of the conveyor belt causes the pressure-bearing roller to deflect, and the pressure-actuated micro switch sends out a material signal.

Installation
The sensor is installed between the load-bearing rollers of the belt conveyor, and is connected to the middle frame of the conveyor through the sensor bracket, as shown in the figure. Adjust the height of the sensor bracket so that the pressure roller is in tight contact with the bottom of the load-bearing conveyor belt.
